Booking – Our Terms and Conditions
The proprietors want your stay to be an enjoyable one and will be on hand to offer friendly advice on request and, being resident, are in good position to ensure the comfort of all guests. Comfort and cleanliness are most important to us the proprietors and our Guests, therefore guests are asked to keep their flats clean and avoid making undue noise, which might disturb others. Any complaints whatsoever received in the latter regard will be dealt with in a firm but friendly manner. In the event of nuisance, the proprietors reserve the right to require guests to leave without refund of any money’s paid. The apartments will be available from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. The apartments must not be occupied by any persons other than those stated at the time of booking. All non-guests or visitors strictly require the proprietors consent prior to admittance. The proprietors reserve the right to refuse or accept conditionally. All apartments are offered subject to availability on receipt of the required deposit. An official receipt (Which must be produced on arrival) will be forwarded if accommodation is available. The proprietors should be notified of times of arrival if later than 4 PM on arrival day. A provisional booking will be held for a period of 7 days to allow receipt of deposit, bookings will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. If after 7 days the deposit has not been received the apartment will once again be made available. Deposits will normally be 50% of full holiday price, all deposits are non-refundable. The proprietor is not responsible for valuables left in the apartments unless handed in for safe keeping when a receipt will be given. Guests will be held responsible and must expect to pay for any damage, loss or breakage that they cause to the fabric of the building and/or its fixtures and fittings. The proprietor shall not be liable for personal injury, loss or damage direct or indirect howsoever caused. In each apartment electricity is paid for by £1 coin meter or £1 pre-pay card meter. The proprietors will ensure that electricity is available on arrival but thereafter the meter will need to be replenished. There is no charge for central heating and hot water. We do not accept pets. We have a policy of families and couples only, other parties may be considered but strictly No Stag or Hens. Bed linen is provided but bring your own towels.
